The Beyond is a groundbreaking use of technology that allows you to record and upload videos, voice memos, pictures, and text that is delivered after your passing. You choose when the content is delivered and to whom. Your content is encrypted and stored on secure servers. All we need is your legal name and date of birth. Our automated process continuously accesses the US Office of Social Security database which alerts us of your passing, at which point, we begin to deliver content based on the timeline you’ve chosen—whether a birthday, anniversary, holiday, or other date of significance.

Q. How do you know I have passed?
A. Our automatic process continuously monitors the U.S. Office of Social Security Master Death Index for that information.

Q. What personal information do you need from me?
A. All we need is your legal first and last name and date of birth. If there is a duplicate entry you will then have the ability to identify yourself by the mailing address that appears with your name.

Q. What does 1 GB of data equal?
A. 1 GB of data equals slightly under 5 minutes of HD video (the quality most phones use). But, this translates to literally thousands of pictures and even more texts. Our Premium Plan equals approximately 23-24 minutes of HD video.

Q. What are the pricing options?
A. Basic Plan (1 GB) is $12.99 per year; Premium Plan (5 GB) is $17.99 per year; Premium Plus Plan (10 GB) is $25.99 per year

Q. How long do you store my info?
A. We will store all content for up to 12-months after passing allowing you to have control over how you want your messages delivered. Currently, we are working on offering the ability to purchase additional years.

Q. What if something happens to me and I miss a payment?
A. You have the option to designate an Emergency Contact who once payment is over 30-days will be discretely notified.

Q. What if my child or grandchild does not have an email address?
A. We suggest selecting an adult guardian to whom you will deliver your message, who will then be able to give to the child at the appropriate time. We have provided places for you to both title and caption your memories that could be used to instruct the guardian of your wishes.

Q. What if I want to leave a message for an unknown date like a future graduation or grandchild’s birth?
A. We suggest selecting a trusted individual who would be able to carry out these wishes, similar to the adult guardian referenced in the question above.
